If emailing an order, we need to know:
Name
Postal Address
Contact phone number
Any special delivery instructions
The product you are ordering

When we ship your item, we include an invoice somewhere in the package, which has our details either for posting a cheque back or for internet banking.

We have no retail outlet, but if you live around Auckland, you are welcome to visit us to view some of our products, but you do need to ring first.

We also welcome general enquiries.

Prices and delivery

$15 for general deliveries within the Auckland region, except that for delivered sandpits the price includes delivery.

Please call us about delivery further afield, click here for freight rates around NZ.

We can also quote kitset prices for most products to keep freight costs down.

Our delivery times are usually 5 working days for everything except playhouses, for which we usually allow three weeks but can often be done in less.

All prices include GST.
